As a respected healthcare industry thought leader, Richard speaks publicly on trends in technology. (Be sure to check out his TED Talk, “Welcome to the genomic revolution.”) Richard holds an M.B.A. from the MIT Sloan School of Management, an M.S. in Computer Science from Worcester Polytechnic Institute, and a B.S in Computer Science from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst.

Rob Dilling
Chief Financial Officer
As Chief Financial Officer, Rob Dilling leads Cureatr’s finance team focusing, on business analysis and strategic planning and finance procurement, as well as direct management of business operations including finance and accounting. Rob has demonstrated keen expertise in addressing underperformance, including restructuring operations to significantly improve cash flows. Rob has been the CFO and advisor to several private equity backed companies. His previous positions include CFO at INSCO Group, CFO at Pemco Corporation, Partner at Tatum, VP of Finance at Planar Systems Inc., CFO/VP Finance at Getronics Americas International Theater, and various Finance/Controller positions at Polaroid Corporation. Rob holds an MBA from the Darden School of Business at the University of Virginia and a BS in Electrical Engineering from West Virginia University.

Morgan Beschle
Chief Product Officer
As Chief Product Officer, Morgan leads Cureatr’s product and design team focusing on Cureatr’s product vision, strategy, and development of our SaaS and tech-enabled service offerings. Morgan brings 15 years of experience as a digital health product leader, building innovative and scalable health technology that has improved quality while reducing costs for patients, providers, and payers. She’s marshalled product development teams to build SaaS platforms inclusive of consumer-facing native mobile apps, enterprise web-based workflow software, analytic decision engines, AI, and integration hubs. Key accomplishments include supporting RxAnte’s successful growth from Series A funding through acquisition, being a registered Inventor on RxAnte’s RxEffect™ technology patent, increased value derived from existing offerings, resulting in substantial YOY revenue growth for ARRs $5-40M, and recruiting, developing, and coaching teams to become high functioning, customer- and user-centered, and agile. She's passionate about all things product and fostering a results-driven team culture where top talent thrives, and disruptive change is encouraged. Morgan holds a B.A. from Cornell University and a M.P.P. from the Edward Muskie School of Public Service at the University of Southern Maine.

With over 20 years of experience in the healthcare industry, Aerste leads growth for Cureatr by engaging with healthcare industry leaders to bring innovative care solutions to their organizations to improve care, reduce readmissions, and bolster HEDIS and Star ratings. Before joining the Cureatr team, Aerste held the Senior Vice President of Enterprise Business Development position at Matrix Medical Network, where she successfully generated nearly $400 million in net-new, healthcare-related revenue. With her collaborative approach to business and drive to make a difference, Aerste has introduced and initiated new programs and services with health plans, Fortune 100 employers, and numerous state health agencies. Before Matrix, Aerste was Director of Account Services in the Employer and Government Division of Healthways, Inc. (now Tivity Health). While there, she built and managed the company's relationship with 40 key client organizations.

Tracy E. Tracy
Chief Compliance Officer
With over 30 years of experience, Tracy E.Tracy, JD, CHC, CCEP, CHCP, is the Chief Compliance Officer at Cureatr. She has worked in the healthcare industry in business, legal, and compliance leadership roles. Tracy's scope of experience spans regional government and commercial health plans, regional care delivery organizations, a large retail organization with a significant pharmacy business, and small privately held innovative healthcare businesses working to solve some of healthcare's most urgent issues. In her role as CCO, Tracy will lead Cureatr's compliance team to ensure our continued focus on compliance with CMS, OCR, and all other healthcare legal and regulatory obligations, as well as support Cureatr's strategic growth and expansion plans.

Dana Barrett
Vice President of Human Resources
As Vice President of Human Resources, Dana Barrett collaborates with Cureatr’s executive leadership team to define long-term HR goals and identify ways to support Cureatr’s mission through talent management, employee relations, training, and development. Dana is a strategic, innovative, and global HR Leader committed to partnering with business stakeholders to improve performance and employee engagement. She is a relationship-driven partner, skilled at supporting all levels of an organization in change management, talent management, and employee relations and compliance. She is dedicated to enhancing employee engagement and fostering a culture of learning within the organization to help individual growth that supports the overall business objectives of Cureatr. Prior to joining Cureatr, Dana served as the Senior Human Resources Manager for Curant Health, where she helped steward the company's exponential growth during her tenure. Dana holds an MBA from Keller Graduate School of Management of DeVry University and a B.A. from Morris Brown College.

Tram Thai, PharmD, BCACP, AE-C
Executive Director of Clinical Excellence
Dr. Tram Thai is the Executive Director of Clinical Excellence at Cureatr. Dr. Thai has a passion for the advancement of innovative practices to improve health equity. She earned her PharmD at Sullivan University College of Pharmacy and completed a PGY1 pharmacy residency from Jesse Brown VA Medical Center. In her current role, Dr. Thai works collaboratively with other departments to develop and implement new processes and initiatives, manages various clinical programs, and leads a team of clinical pharmacists to provide high-quality care. Prior to joining Cureatr, she was instrumental in the expansion of the transitions of care program and evolved the role of clinical pharmacists in specialty clinics throughout the Mount Sinai Downtown network in New York.

Tatiana Wright
Executive Director of Clinical Services
As Executive Director of Clinical Services, Dr. Tatiana Wright leads the development and growth of Clinical Pharmacists and Clinic staff centering around patient-specific care. She operationalizes the Cureatr Clinic and collaborates with other departments to implement and develop clinic programs, oversees reporting, optimizes product functionality, and leads department hiring/training. Dr. Wright has experience as a Clinical Pharmacist in outpatient and inpatient settings, Medication Therapy Management (MTM), and retail pharmacy management. Prior to joining Cureatr in 2021, she led the delivery of comprehensive MTM services for a community pharmacy chain. Dr. Wright is a graduate of Shenandoah University Bernard J. Dunn School of Pharmacy, Winchester, VA. She completed clinical training at Johns Hopkins Bayview Medical Center, Baltimore, MD.
