PROPOSAL EVALUATION

Proposals submitted to the New York Department of Health must be on behalf of a PPS and must include projects for each of four domains.

DSRIP Domains: Projects to be included in a DSRIP proposal are categorized into four domains to classify their clinical impact and to clarify appropriate evaluation metrics. These domains define discrete categories of healthcare improvement and cost reduction within the broad goals of DSRIP, and largely dictate the evaluation value, implementation timelines, and reporting requirements respective projects will be subject to. In composing a proposal, a PPS must select at least 2 projects from Domain 2, at least 2 projects from Domain 3, and at least 1 project form Domain 4. Impact areas for Cureatr are listed in italics with project index scores in parentheses.
