Accessing Cureatr from your mobile device
Cureatr is accessible to enterprise clients and their staff members via our iPhone and Android applications. To access Cureatr on your mobile device, download the free app from the App Store or Google Play. Once it is downloaded, open the application and sign up using your credentials.


Accessing Cureatr on the Web
Cureatr is accessible to enterprise clients and their staff members via our Web application. To access Cureatr on the Web from your laptop or desktop, sign up for the Web application using your credentials.

Can I use Cureatr on my personal device?
Yes, as long as your device complies with your institution’s policies regarding the use of personal mobile devices.


Does sending Cureatr messages use my data plan?
Unless your phone is connected to Wi-Fi, Cureatr will use your phone’s data connection if it is available. We recommend that you connect your phone to your institution’s Wi-Fi network at all times (if possible) to minimize data plan usage. Be advised that in the event of a slow or unavailable Wi-Fi connection your phone may “fall back” to cellular data, so if you do not want Cureatr to use your data connection at all it is recommended you disable your phone’s data connection while at work.

If you are worried that Cureatr will use up your data plan, you can be assured that if you send or receive 1000 Cureatr messages solely over cellular data this would amount to approximately 1% of an average monthly data plan (2 GB). On average, Cureatr users send 50% of their messages over wireless Internet, so the actual amount will be even lower.
